Directions for Application of FootSoothers

For maximum adhesion, apply to clean, dry skin (no lotions or powders).

Remove the paper back by making a slight tear in the paper as a starting place.

Step 2

Press and smooth the FootSoothers down over the skin.

Directions for application and removal of NippleSmoothers

Before putting NippleSmoothers on, you can first apply lotion or face powder to your nipples. This will help with a smoother removal when you take NippleSmoothers off.

Step 1

Remove the paper back by making a slight tear in the paper as a starting place.

Step 2

Press the center of a NippleSmoothers down over your nipple. Press your nipple down, flat to your breast.

Step 3

Now smooth the edges out and voila - complete smoothness until you take them off. If your nipples aren't smooth right away just give them a little while to settle down.

For easier removal, take NippleSmoothers off in the shower with the help of soap and water or apply baby oil around the edges.
