They will feel stiff, sore and even my ankles will be in a lot of pain. The pain will go through my knees and into the hips as well. Sometimes there will also be pain in my heels.<\/p>\n<p>Due to my line of work (FedEx) I am\u00a0constantly\u00a0lifting\u00a0boxes and moving heavy items. This was taking quite the toll on my body\u00a0especially\u00a0my feet. I have lived with this foot pain for over 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>Last year I was looking online for a pair of high quality and comfort insoles, I came across <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ergo21.com\/stagingstaging\/ergo21-shoe-insoles\/\">LiquiCell Insoles<\/a>.
