It all started a couple of years ago when Steve Gambhir, designer and President of Ergo21 called on Barby Ingle, President of International Pain Foundation and proudly stated that their cushions will definitely help Barby with her pain management and sent her a few of the Ergo21 Cushions to try.
A couple of days later, Barby called and said she was amazed that her pain was almost gone and this week mentioned –
“Ken and I still use your cushions in our office and the pillowcases on our beds and Ken uses the shoe inserts in his dress shoes, his dad who is going through cancer treatments uses it in his car and living room. A cushion for every seat and individual
After doing a thorough research and interviewing and reading thousands of reviews, Steve Gambhir found that there cannot be just one cushion for every type of situation and body type. After starting with only one cushion that was a runaway success, Steve created several different models and sizes.
Ergo21 has Seat cushions that can be used on a wheelchair, car, mobility scooters, van and recliners etc.

I have had 3 back surgeries, the last a spinal fusion of the three lower disc that were bone against bone. I still have tremendous pain and permanent nerve damage that effects my legs and feet. I then had a spinal cord simulator put in to help cope with the pain. Your Ergo21 sports cushion is remarkable. On a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 15. I want to be your national spokesman. I just did 500 miles and I could not believe it. How much for 3 more. Its good to see advertised products to actually do what the manufacturer claims. 5 stars

After having a number of spine surgeries I was looking for a cushion that would help me sit for a while with less pain. This Ergo21 Sports Cushion definitely did the trick and at a low cost. Highly recommend this if you have any back pain and sit for any length of time, be it on a car ride on a bus or at home. The technology is second to none.

I ordered the Ergo21 Extra Large – 20″ x 18″ x 2.5 in February 2018 for severe sciatica pain as well as numb burning tingling on the tops of my thighs and aching lower back due to a fractured L1/L2 20 years ago.
When I sit with this I do not have the pain. I am normal weight and got this to have a larger surface area so I can sit cross legged on it. I have ordered 3 more so that I have one for all situations including travel, car and office.
Also I have about 5 friends I have told about these cushions and they had instant relief from back, tailbone or leg pain. The liquid layer is what is different from the other cushions I have tried. I think it’s why my legs don’t fall asleep because the blood circulation is facilitated. They are worth the price.
