I ordered the Insoles from ergo21.com for my work and walking shoes. The thing that I liked was that they were very thin. They did not change the size of my shoes. These insoles had a gel like liquid embedded at the ball of the feet and the heels.
I am in a retail business in a supermarket and I have to be on my feet all day long. I was simply amazed at the end of the day to notice that my feet did not hurt at all. In a couple of days of wearing them I noticed that there was less pressure on my ankles and knees. I have tried other water based insoles. The problem with them is that when you step forward the water moves back and forth. With these LiquiCell Shoe Insoles, the liquid stays at the ball of the feet and heel providing a cushiony feeling all the time.
I had tried various other orthotics and insoles but I was always looking for something better.
My custom made orthotics used to hurt if I wore them for more than a couple of hours and I never could get used to them. They used to create a pressure at the bottom of my feet. I also tried the bulky gel insoles. They felt good for a few minutes, but my feet still hurt. After a few weeks the gel got harder and they took too much room in my shoes.
The long hours on being on my feet was taking a toll. I used to go home tired and had to rub my feet. I am so happy that I found these insoles.
