I am a cyclist that competes and rides everyday. This task was not an easy one, after training for an up coming race, I started to have problems and pain in my lower heal. This pain was caused by my cycling shoes. They are great shoes don’t get me wrong, I have been using them for years, but they didn’t seem to have enough padding.
After resting my feet and not training for a few weeks, I wasn’t sure if I would ever be able to ride at that same level I was riding. Word got around that I was out due to an injury.
