What sleeping position is best for back pain?

If you have chronic back pain, it is difficult to sleep comfortably in a particular sleeping position. However, you can try fetal position wherein you sleep lying on your side, this opens up your spinal vertebrae and prevents the pressure from your back. You can also try a reclined position; in this, you can lie down on your back, making an angle between your thighs and upper body. Apart from these, you can also use a Ergo21 pillow to support your knees; this position would help align your spine and reduce lower back pain. In case of severe back pain, it is best to consult your clinician.
